I appreciated the clean room and the friendly staff who made us feel welcome during our stay. It was conveniently located just a few steps from the beautiful Norfolk Garden and close to various eateries like Nawab Indian Cuisine and Schlotzsky's which made our weekend explorations easy and enjoyable. however, it could benefit from better cleaning standards in the rooms.

The microwave in the lobby was a key perk despite the room lacking one. The location is decent, giving quick access to local attractions. Enjoyed the fridge in my room, but cooking utensils were needed.

The staff were super friendly and I felt welcomed. I had to ask Ms. Thomasine about my room, and she treated me like family while getting everything sorted out for me, her customer service was excellent!

A heartwarming stay with family

Upon arrival, the front desk staff radiated warmth, making us feel right at home. Our room was clean and the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions.

However, during our second night, we faced a water issue in the bathroom which took a while to resolve. It made for an uncomfortable sleep as we waited for maintenance.
